MAIN MEALS

1 meat buffet - $20.95

2 meat buffet - $22.95

Meat Selections: roast beef, chicken scallopini, ham, turkey, and broaster chicken.

Salad Selections: garden Salad, Caesar Salad, Greek Salad, summer salad (pralines, dried cranberries, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onions with mixed greens), macaroni salad, red potato salad and coleslaw.

Starch Selections: red potato garlic mashed, grilled, scalloped potatoes, 8-spice roasted potatoes, penne with meat sauce (or tomato sauce), fettuccini Alfredo, baked potatoes.

Vegetable Selections:  California blend (carrot wheels, broccoli and cauliflower), Prince Edward Medley (long green bean, long yellow bean and baby carrots), glazed baby carrots (our most popular), and corn.  Other vegetables are available upon request.

Dessert Selections:  homemade cherry cheesecake, chocolate cream pie, coconut cream pie, pecan, apple, cherry, blueberry, lemon meringue, and rice pudding (gluten free, homemade and delicious).

Our meals include, rolls, butter, condiments such as horseradish, Parmesan cheese, etc.  Coffee and tea are also included.

Linens: Tablecloths are available for 6’ and 8’ long tables, as well as 72” or 96” round tables.  Cloths for all tables are $3.95 except the 96” which are $4.50.   Linen napkins are available for .40 each and are normally folded in a tri-fold.  Linen colours include white, cream, black, brown, royal, red, yellow, green, rust and gold.

Poutine, shredded cheese and our homemade gravy.

Penne with meat sauce, served with garlic bread.  Vegetarian option available.

Chicken Alfredo with garlic bread.  Cream Alfredo, fettuccini noodles, mushrooms, onions and peppers.  Vegetarian option available.

Chicken Caesar Salad with Romaine lettuce, croutons, bacon, and Parmesan cheese.

All of the above meals are delivered

Turkey dinners, which include turkey, corn, mashed, rolls, butter and gravy.  Serving utensils are provided.  Although normally served at Christmas, this option is available year round.

Spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread.

Broaster Chicken - $15.95

Two Piece broaster chicken, with two sides, rolls, butter and gravy and a slab cake from Maple City Bakery.

Penne with Meat Sauce - $14.95

Chicken Alfredo - $14.95

Grilled chicken, onions, peppers and mushrooms in a light Alfredo sauce, Caesar salad and garlic bread and a slab cake from Maple City Bakery.

Sandwich Combo - $12.95 per person

A selection of three of the following sandwiches:  ham and cheddar, egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, deli turkey, and roast beef.

A heaping helping of our homemade soup.

A dessert tray of mini tarts, brownies, Nanaimo bars and cookies.

Bulk Soup - $5.95 per person (Minimum of 8 ppl)

We offer beef barley, beef noodle, beefy mushrooms, tomato mac, creamy potato and carrot, loaded potato, potato and parmesan, Italian wedding, creamy bean, Cajun bean, broccoli and cheddar, nacho noodle, chicken noodle, chicken barley, chicken bowtie, mulligatawny, cauliflower and cheddar, to name a few.

Wrap Trays (Minimum of 8 ppl) - $10.95

Club, Chicken Caesar, Buffalo Chicken, Mango Chutney, Vegetarian, Greek, and Chicken Ranch wraps.  Served with sweet mixed pickles.  Our wraps are cut in half and individually wrapped.

Assorted Sandwiches - $5.95

A selection of three of the following sandwiches:  ham and cheddar, egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, deli turkey, and roast beef.

Vegetable Trays  Small - $49.95     Large - $79.50

Cucumber slices, cauliflower, broccoli, pepper strips, carrots, celery and cherry tomatoes, served with a Ranch dip.

Fruit Trays      Small - $69.95      Large $99.50

Pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, honey dew, grapes and watermelons, served with a sweet fruit dip.

Specialty Items

Roast Beef - $11.95 per lb

Our popular roast beef available in shaved or dinner sliced.  The price per lb is cooked weight and we suggest between 4-6 oz per person.  8 oz if you have heavy eaters.

Chicken Scallopini - $3.95 per breast

Better known as wedding chicken, our scallopini is dredged, pan-seared and baked in a light chicken stock.  Delish.  Served sliced.  Average of 4 slices per breast.

Broaster Chicken - $2.25 per piece over 100 pieces.

Red Potato Mashed - $1.50 per person

Our mashed are made with red potatoes, heavy cream, garlic and spices.

 Red Potato or Macaroni Salad - $1.50 per person

Coleslaw - $1.25 per person

Breakfast Buffet - $12.95

Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, croissants, grilled potatoes, jams, and condiments.
